Any sports leader would say leading a global tour isn't just a nine-to-five job.

Recently named Women's Tennis Association (WTA) president Valerie Camillo understands dedicated effort in her previous roles - such as her time as a board member of the entertainment company which runs American iconic singer Dolly Parton's theme parks.

In addition to her contributions regarding Parton's brand empire, Camillo steps into the top of women's tennis armed with deep knowledge throughout athletics and show business, with past roles in strategic positions at the world's premier basketball league, major league hockey and Major League Baseball (MLB).
