An Interstellar Journey Drawing from Beloved Titles In the vein of the Wii-era games that serve as its inspiration, Mario will depart from the cozy environment of the Mushroom Kingdom to travel across the galaxy. On his epic voyage, he will reunite with some recognizable characters, for instance the Luma, a fan favorite from the original cinematic release. But it appears Mario and his sibling Luigi will confront a new threat in the form of Bowser's irate young son, who seemingly utilizes powers related to metal. Notably, the trailer for The Super Mario Galaxy Movie is not solely focused on visuals from the Galaxy games; it also includes nods to other beloved games like Super Mario Odyssey and Bowser's Fury. Star-Studded Voice Cast Returns and Expands The feature will see the return of the original voice cast, with Chris Pratt as Mario, Anya Taylor-Joy as Peach, Charlie Day as Luigi, Jack Black as Bowser, Keegan-Michael Key as Toad, and Kevin Michael Richardson as Kamek.
